How It All Started
Haelen Labs Pte Ltd began as Haylen Social, a marketing agency built on the conviction that great strategy and sharp creative could move the needle for any business. And for a while, it did. But the more time we spent inside growing businesses, the more we kept running into the same fundamental problem: the gap between where marketing stopped and where revenue intelligence began was wider than anyone admitted, and the tools available to bridge it were either too generic, too expensive, or too technical for the teams that needed them most.
So we made a decision. We stopped being an agency and started being a builder. We hired engineers. We invested in AI capability. We rebuilt the company from the inside out, not to walk away from our marketing roots, but to go deeper into the problem they revealed. The result is Haelen Labs: a company that brings marketing intelligence and AI engineering to the same table.
